horse bite cure

Hi everyone,

My gelding got a pretty big horsebite from his new pasture mate.  It didn't
break skin, but took all the hair, and since he has a history of not growing
hair back from these, I wondered if anyone knew of a ointment or other magic
cure that I should be using right now to encourage hair growth?
