Rider Education

Great Topic.  Enjoyed both Steve's and Bob Morris comments.  Somewhere along the line, I made a suggestion to someone somewhere that AERC ask each region to form a "program" committee.  AERC would put together some material this committe could use.  The committee could then put on an education program for various horse clubs, endurance related groups etc.  The committee could be made of current riders, former riders etc. but those that had aquired some successful miles (no, not top 10er's necessarily) but had been around for awhile with the same horse.  The members would be spread out in the region.  Just a thought.
