to my request concering managing
volunteers at an endurance ride.
Please continue to answer
as I am still interested.  Thanks
to those who replied.  I've heard
from the Mountain Region and the 
Pacific Northwest, how are things 
handled in the other regions?  I 
know there are more good ideas 
out there.  Please, let's hear them
