Re: SHOES

Hi,
I like the looks of Ariats but they are narrow and don't feel very good on
my feet. I have worn Heels Down but they get wrinkles which put pressure on
my feet. The best boot I have found is one made by Double H or HH and they
are carried by a lot of Western wear stores and Big R if you happen to have
one near you. The boot I have is like a paddock boot with the removable
western "tongue" for want of remembering the correct word. It is the flap
with fringe that lays at the base of the laces. Anyway, I have worn this
boot in the mud and rain and wet fields and although it is not waterproof,
it kept my feet dry and did not get hard and brittle or lose it's shape. I
am not one to take care of my things (oiling or conditioning is always put
off for another day) and they have held up very well. Good luck in your
search.
Pat
