   I forever have cold feet and hands too in the winter.  Finnally I got the 
Cabella's catalog out and looked for the boots rated the highest in warmth.  
I was serious...  I found several models rated for 40 below Eeek!  Then I 
went to REI and they ordered the boot I wanted in a couple of sizes so I 
could try them on.  They are wonderful.  They fit nicely into my endurance 
stirrups, they have removable liners, nice leather uppers and rubber 
bottoms, they aren't perfect for long distance walking but I can walk for 
quite a while comfortably, but most of all my feet alas are warm.
