Facts on threatened trail closures in all states?...

I'm looking for trail news (for TrailSaver column) from all parts of the 
country, especially as it relates to threatened trail closures or trail 
restrictions (including weed free feed). If you can email me with news by 
the weekend, I'd be grateful, especially if you've attended an official 
meeting about a trail closure or restriction.

Also, if you've been involved in a hay seizure at a state crossing, I'd like 
to hear the facts of the matter.
