Re: De-spooking
We have always taken carrots, bread etc. out to the horses in the paddock in
plastic grocery bags. Most of our horses will divebomb you if you have a
plastic bag, its too funny to ride out and your horse wants to head for
every bag blowing about! :-)
When getting a new horse thats very spooky of the bags, it doesn't take more
than a few visits to the pasture for them to loose their fear of the bags.
