ELECTROLYTES - HELP!!!!!!

Okay, I know I've asked this question a squillion times, but I still haven't had an answer.  I need to know what electrolytes to give to my horse.  Angie had a recipe for electrolytes involving Lite Salt, but I can't find it here.  Is that the same as epsom salts?

 

 

Please, please, please, tell me what I need to look for in elytes.
