Yes, it's true.  An unnamed horse from an undisclosed endurance barn
somewhere in California...or Oregon...well, someplace out west where there's
horses...accidentally retuned his heart monitor to the same frequency as the
emergency core dump relay receiver at the Paloomie Nuclear Plant and
triggered a complete meltdown, creating a hole clear through to China.
Tickets are now on sale, but bring your own ladder (and Chinese/American
dictionary).
