The English WEC program page and finishing times

the start is listed at 0600 and finish of the last riders is at 2300.

Wonder if this is an estimate or they are allowing only 17 hours to 
complete? In Kansas they allowed 19 hours instead of the normal 24.

the max hills look to be 80 meters(250 ft) so while a lot of them -
it's not much overall.
