Rein Hazards

This was certainly a terrible tradegy.
Food for thought.  I don't know what material the reins  this young woman
was using were made of.  As technology increases and we have better and
better materials, we now have close to indestructible horse equipment.
Sometimes I wonder what kind of safety problems this causes.
