Well, add KY to FLA as having a strike against them when trying to get my
"horsey tourist dollars".  I live in GA, about 4 mi. from the TN state
line, and about 14 mi. from the AL state line. I cross a state line every
time I load up in the trailer. If those 3 states started being this
strict, I'd spend more time getting health certificates than riding.
