Sorry I'm not a fan of John Lyons and this is one of the reasons why . As a
veteran of the Arab Halter world I say this is the last thing you want to do
to any horse. Show horses are whipped on their legs because it hurts and
doesn't leave a welt . You can watch a stallion class at Regionals or
Scottsdale and see the Stallions strike at the handlers or drop to their
knees when shown the whip . Cruel and dangerous . There are safer ways to
modify behavior.
