Health Certificates

OK. Now that I've gotten travel plans pretty much covered, I was reminded 
that I will need health papers for the trip to New Mexico.  Where do I find 
out what I will need exactly to go from Ohio thru Indiana, Illinois, 
Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and finally New Mexico.  My coggins are current 
(under 6 months old).  What do I need to booster or even inoculate for that I 
may not have currently?  Thanks for all your help.
