Mine was blank also...Steve says the error occurs in the composition stage
for a particular run.  The blank page should have been noticed by the
printing broker or printing proof reader before a full run is done.  The
error should be caught before the negative is made into a printing plate,
but apparently wasn't...either that, or it was intentionally left blank.
Also, chances are they are all blank -- however, it may have been spotted
after the first run and corrected.  (Steve sells printing press equipment
-- has also sold the presses, etc. -- so he knows the printing process
pretty well.)  He also said that if it was the military and they
intentionally left the page blank, they would write on it "Intentionally
left blank." ;-)
