Exactly - well said.  What is the big deal here?  I don't think anyone can 
truly in their heart, do a 25 mile ride, and not want to know where they 
place.  I heard there is even "turtle" awards.  Way too funny.  I am bringing 
along a 5 year old that no way in heck would I flat out race all the way.  I 
like the idea of the  pulse criteria in case I get a little pushy (me?  - 
pushy - nah just will never happen!  LOL [from a New Yorker]).  Anyway, 
humans are human and that is that.
