 This certainly implies a lot. This horse happens to be my roommate's horse 
 and he has raced for first two weeks in a row exactly once in his lifetime.

 obviously don't even know my roommate because if you did you would realize 
 that this horse has been brought along slowly for 4 years and is just now 
 starting to go fast.  When I gave him a carrot about 1/2 hour ago, he looked 
 just fine, fat, shiny and sassy, exactly the way he looked when he got home 
 after being "raced for two weeks in a row."  Lisa, you are way out of line 
 here and owe Ken a big apology.

And, there's nothing wrong with competing with a horse as frequently as his 
work, recovery, rebound, supercompensation cycle allows--in fact, it's a 
mistake not to.
