Re: Fwd: RC: Horse abusers need to be stopped



It seems to me that AERC has put more thought and effort into avoiding this
sort of situation than any other equine discipline---does anyone know what
happened at the ride that the system failed?  Or what happened specifically
to the horse?  Colic?  I'm puzzled that no one could have seen anything
coming, that the horse could have finished and then died---did it happen
immediately or several days later.....?
