No to all of the above, the only benefit is a healthier mare (assuming
you're weren't stupid about exercise).  All of the attributes that will
result in an athletic foal are already in place long before---*nutrition* of
the mare can influence health of the foal during gestation, which if adverse
could also adversely affect future athletic potential, but that's an
entirely different thing.
