out of really perverse curiosity - what were the ride/site rules regarding 
loose dogs? At many rides here, dogs MUST be on leash at all times and this 
is clearly posted AND in the ride entries, yet many people think it doesn't 
mean THEM, 'it must mean all those OTHER people'. Bottom line is that in a 
public place where the public is present particularly, dogs have no business 
trotting about where they might foul someone else's space or injure someone. 
One owman was particuarly upset afte being told that she must leash ehr dog 
or be kicked out o fthe ide - this, afetr her DOG had crapped right where I
