Furthermore, Lif, I've seen many an Arab with a "resting" HR of 36 or 40 
recover to 60 and continue to drop WAY ahead of QH's and TWH's with "resting" 
rates much lower.  In my experience, the two traits are at least somewhat 
independent of each other...
