Re: sportsaddle question

Truly, I am not trying to hawk sales of my saddle. But....I happen to have a
wonderful western style saddle which was custom made for an Arabian. I
bought it used for $450 thinking that I would use it for my reining lessons.
A western trainer, cowboy type friend looked at the saddle before I
purchased it and confirmed that it is especially well made and well taken
care of. I took a few more lessons using my dressage saddle and then dropped
reining lessons in favor of more intense dressage lessons. Never once rode
in my wonderful western saddle. It fit four of my five horses who are all
Arabs. After a year gathering dust in my tack room, I finally placed it on
consignment at the saddle shop. I am asking $450 for me and whatever they
can get on top of that for handling it. If you are unable to locate a saddle
you like, you may want to consider taking a look at mine. I live in southern
Oregon.
