Back Pain--Crohn's disease

Back pain and the colon can be related. As per the book by Dr. Bernard
Jensen on Keeping a Healthy Colon....most people are loaded with toxins from
years of diet abuse (too much protein, salt, sugar, process foods, etc.).
The lymphatic system cannot keep these toxins, so the body becomes creative
(to prolong life) by storing the toxins in areas of the body, therefore
causing pain and disease. The weak areas of the body become warehouses for
more pain. In short, Dr. Jensen says to clean up your diet, prepare for a
"cleanse" and go to a specialist for colonics 4 times a year! It will rid
you of pain in areas that seem unrelated.
Another good book that gets really technical is "The Golden Seven Plus One"
by C. Samuel West, D.N.,N.D. This book explains why our average diet is
poison and how it influences our bodily pains. It explains the
potassium-sodium imbalances in our body as well as the high acidic condition.
"Reverse Aging" by Sang Whang is a condensed version that is fairly easy
reading, explaining the need to reduce the acid foods (proteins, sugars) and
the need for the proper PH balance and how alkalized water can help.
Basically we are dehydrated if our colon cannot absorb fluids, because of the
toxic build-up lining the walls of our colons.
Colon problems usually precede cancer, heart disease, diabetes, etc. Back
pain is a red flag to problems of the colon.
