Hi Cheryl
I think you've got a good shot at it. Heather wrote me that her vet told
her that height is a gene thing--- not a nutrition thing and if the
horse has not been well-fed, he will be the same height as he would have
been but just gangly. Not sure of that theory but I do know that
Russians grow later and I've found joints to be the biggest indicator of
future size--- good luck!
