Re: Bad Backs/Chronic Pain (Riders with...)

I have two herniated discs...had to pretty much quit riding for a couple of
years...between a powerful nutritional supplement, a fantastic physical
therapist...lots of walking and muscle toning...I've been riding these past
few years 80% pain free...(Including a couple 100 milers) I have had a
couple of set backs which I recovered from very quickly...I have to be
constantly aware of my position and make necessary adjustments...If I ride
in a saddle with the stirrups too far forward the pain becomes
unbearable...they have to be positioned just right....don't forget there are
good and bad physical therapist...find one that comes highly
recommended......GOOD LUCK!
