I was told that, too. But when I got a "donation letter" from USET, I wrote
them back and told them I would donate IF and WHEN they would include ENDURANCE
in their news.  I had just received with the "donation letter" a flyer that
told how well USA did at the Pan Am Games (the "official ones") and NOWHERE was
mentioned then Pan Am Endurance.

I guess my letter was nasty enough to warrant a PERSONAL call from Mary Lutz
who told me 1.) that all donation go into the "general fund", 2.) that since
USET does not sponsor "on-continent" events for endurance, the coverage was not
warranted, 3.) that, when asked why not, she said that AERC Int'l requested the
USET NOT fund the "on-continent" endurance events.

ALL quite a surprise to me....
