IAHA dues

I know at least some of you are members.  So here's the question:  What
do you pay for dues?  IAHA charges $80 directly to them and $40 through a
club, but you still have to pay club dues.  I am at least 1 1/2 hours
from any club on IAHA's list, so I would never go to meetings anyway.  Is
there a rule that you have to join a club near you?  All I want is to
register some Half Arabs and maybe get the magazine.  I never show and,
lets face facts, I won't be in the running for awards in endurance,
either.  At least not any time soon.  Thanks in advance.  Oh, and since
this probably isn't a topic many people are interested in, reply
privately please.
