Hi, could someone please help me?  I'm starting on my first CTR this saturday and I was wondering if someone could tell me what things to bring for the ride - I know I have to bring some electrolyte syringes, 5 buckets to fill with water to warm up while the ride is on - I just heard I have to have an Easy Boot which I don't even own - now I'm all nervous.  Thank you very much
