I have eggbag shoes on my horse.  He is a Big guy (1200 pounds) with #1 
size feet.  He needs the support and travels very well with them.  Just 
make sure the hind feet are shod well to compensate, else he may grab the 
"bar" on the front shoe and rip them off.
