progiotic storage ?

I use optimax probiotic.  It is like fast track in that is a powder in a
bucket.  How sensitive is the organisms in this supplement to
temperature changes and how do some of you store it?  

Susan Garlinghouse,  if you can add any advice re: this, would be
appreciated.
