No - sorry management cant just take riders word
for it, pulse has to be verified by ride personnel.
I'm not very familiar with the official check rule-
my local rides don't usually offer them - read Bo
Parrish's email I think it covered that base well.
With a courtesy check your horse is down when a p/r
person gets a pulse at or below criteria.
