 AERC DID stand behind the ride manager.  The RM decided to award completion 
only, no placings.  The P&G committee upheld the RM viewpoint and denied the 
rider's appeal for her placing to be restored.  In what way did AERC not 
stand behind the RM decision? Please clarify.... (Re-read page 20 in January 
EN.)
