seeking good trail horse

I have a friend, she's not into endurance, just loves to
trail ride. She is looking for a grade gelding, located in
Southwest Washington, she has 2 fenced acres near trails.
She grew up around horses, likes them over 14.2, does not
prefer arabs, but a cross is ok. Must have good manners as
she not only wants to have fun herself, but teach her young
daughter about horses. (Of course, she doesn't have a ton
of money - why do you think she wants a grade horse? :) If
you know of any good trail horses, you can contact me and I
will forward the information. I don't think age is
terrifically important, just not ancient! Color is not a
huge issue either.
