What this quotation sounds like to me is a translation from English to Arabic
and back to English! It sounds just like the instruction manuals for
equipment made in foreign countries, such as my wonderful Bernina sewing
machine, made in Switzerland, instruction manual translated from German to
English. If I didn't understand how difficult it is to translate all the
little nuances peculiar to each language, I would think it was comical.
I simply can't imagine an American boy speaking in such a manner. It is
either propaganda or poor translation.
