I have had so much trouble fitting my little mare.  Can you help?  She's
small and narrow. Finally got some withers, but every saddle I've tried
still seems to slip up onto her neck on downhills.  People have suggested
cruppers, but I still feel that I need to find a saddle that fits properly
- then add the crupper, if necessary.  Any ideas?  As the song goes, I'm on
a LOW budget.
