hitching posts in town

That's a great idea! Thing is, that in a town like mine (Placerville)
there isn't even any parking meters around *LOL
   There is a little town called El Dorado up here, some
of ya may know it because it's the little town were Poor Reds, A pretty
popular little bar ,is. Well I've rode down there to town many times to
the store,ect and we have the same problem.There aren't enough places to
tie up. You end up tying anywhere you can, or like someone said, finding
a poor sucker to hold your horse for a few  *LOL  while you go
in to the store or you go in to the bar for a quick drink.Yah we all know
how that works out!! *LOL
    So yes I think that's a great idea! I do it! We
just need to put up more hitching posts for us real cowfokes *LOL

Say, why not use parking meters as hitching posts?  All you have to do
is carry a few more dimes.... OR, tell them there is no charge for the
fertilizer....
