What is so great about beet pulp verses the other feed choices on the market?

Susan Garlinghouse has an excellent article on beet pulp plus the "squirrel story" which is just so funny.

Don't have her web-site address to hand but will look it up unless someone out there is more organised than I am (wouldn't be difficult frankly) and can post it.
