It's not an arab thing

Almost every horse will stretch one hind leg at a time, and do the "bow"
with both fronts.  Many have different ways of stretching necks,  arching,
yawning with head way up.   I have one mare who carefully turns her head
each way almost touching nose to shoulder on each side every morning.

I have not seen any but arabs and part arabs do the "swivel neck"  twist,
snake effect thing though.
