Fort Valley trails??

Hi all...
is there a specific place one can go to ride some of the Fort Valley/Old
Dominion trails as a training ride? If anyone can give me directions I'll
be very appreciative... we are looking at trying to ride down there
around March 12.... and we would like to do about 25 miles or so. (that
OUGHT to be enough for one day! :) ) 
I am coming from the Warrenton,VA area.
