Yogurt & Horses

OK, who was the wise guy who suggested giving yogurt to horses. I must check
the archives, I bet it was some whacky guest. Well guess who fell for it.

I went to the SuperMarket and got 15 yogurts, some cherry, some strawberry,
some, blueberry; lotsa berries. You see I got this skinny horse who is
driving me crazy trying to get weight on him.  I've nicknamed him Skeletor;
although he is looking a little better lately, more like Ally McBeal. I got
the fat feed, I got the beet pulp, I got the supplements guaranteed to make
him look like Monica Lewisnky's before Jenny Craig pictures.

And the yogurt thing sounded great; live cultures, probiotics, will stimulate
the gut, all that stuff. Great idea.

Problem is he wouldn't touch it. I scooped a little in my hand, pushed it in
his mouth (figuring it's an acquired taste) and ended up wearing it all on my
face. Covered my glasses, my hair, and some got inside my ear. Sticky stuff
and I won't tell you what it reminds me of. Yuck!

Anyway, tried to give it to the other horses and none of my guys/gal liked it
at all. Lifted their lips and head up in the air and I lip read them telling
me FORGETTTTT THIS STUFF.

I can't wait to hear how many of you have horses who just love yogurt.
Should be interesting. I've ended up eating so much of it I can't stay out
of the bathroom.

cya,
Howard
