Re: rider foot pain/disorders
Forgive me if you already have broad stirrups like flex-ride etc. If you're
using English stirrup irons which are narrower it may be giving you more
pain in your feet and ankles. I switched to Flex-ride stirrups a few months
ago and they have significantly helped me and my mare's way of going. I can
stay balanced up there much more easily and my feet don't hurt although I
don't have the foot complaint you have.
Other than that I'm afraid I have no useful advice to offer myself. Hope
someone else can help.
