I posted the need to find a rehab place for this horse on a number of other
lists. Here's an idea that came back. Sounds to me like if the current
owner otherwise likes this horse, it might be worth looking into this.

This filly sounds just like one I knew who had a tumor on her ovary who went
nutso with no apparent cause. I don't need another horse, but it would be
worth sedating the mare and checking this out. The spaying solved the problem
altogether for the other mare, and she has gone on to be a perfectly wonderful
horse. If the owner is willing to give the mare away, it would be worth
checking this out.
