<< Trish is doing the right thing. Trying to avoid having a perminately
disabled person on her concious. Trying to save her health for her own
life and her own horses. If the filly is put down to avoid that one
accident it's none too soon. If the filly goes to a trainer, she better
be a damn good filly worth the trouble.

Don't take this filly on to save her unless you really know what you
are getting into.

I have found out when you have your health you have everything. Thank
goodness I still have mine.

DEar kat, thanks! I needed that--you would not believe some of the posts I
have gotten which went along the lines of "What have you been doing to this
filly to make her so mean?" Folks, NOTHING--read the original posts! I love
horses and would die before I abused one.
Also, I have already recieved several posts, phone calls from people
who's "kid always wanted a horse and they'd give this filly lots of love and a
good home and work with her every day and she'd turn into a wonderful horse."
I ask these people, "would you give your child a 900 lb dog which had already
attacked several people?--I AIN'T GIVING AWAY "MY FRIEND FLICKA" HERE PEOPLE!
Anyways, i am experiencing severe computer difficulties (the filly isn't
the only thing around here which needs to be shot, it seems) and may (or may
not) be off line for a few days while I get help for this computer. So if you
don't hear from me this is why. Thought I'd post this to ridecamp so everyone
would know. My phone #: for folks who value their safety so little they might
actually want this horse is: (810)-742-7268. We are in SE Michigan.

Trish & "pretty David" & "dear little Alpo" out there. Kat said it well: NO
horse is worth injury to a person.
