I didn't understand exactly how the new system with the numnah and the booties was working and in the doubt I ordered the booties as well.
The OF person didn't explain very well how the system was working and what was absolutly necessary for the saddle to work.
Anyway, concerning the service, I can't complain at this stage, but you know, during the sale process...
But I must thank them and confirm what John was saying that they did an outstanding service at the Tevis, after the stirrup attachment broke. We got another saddle (Dresseur that fitted perfectly...fortunatly for 100miles) 2 days after.
