I've had LOTS of problems with Ortho-Flex's time delays in the past, but nothing as bad as yours...on the same subject, has anyone had problems with EnduroTrail (mail order endurance catalog out of Colorado)? I ordered Skito pads from them in July, and when I hadn't received them in November, I called them. I was told they "were on the way". When I still didn't have them 2 weeks later, I called Skito, and they said Endurotrail had never even ordered mine or many other people's!!! Endurotrail doesn't answer their phone or e-mail, either...I'm doing the same thing as you, trying to get my credit card company to rectify my bill, but that is a slow process...What is wrong with these companies???!!
