Sorry, I dont' have the original post but when I joined AERC for the
first time this year I had the same question about the horse
registration form.

I found out (and they did return my call after a few days, polite and
apolgetic), that you can have the previous 25's count if you fill out
the form and pay an additional $10.00

Since I already paid $10 for not being a member, and I didn't care very
much about registering the miles, I opted not to pay another $10. Just
didn't make sense to me.
But the option is there if you want previous LSD rides to count.
