The treatment vet at my ride last year was a very busy guy. He was up all
night with a tied up horse. He was running all over the area looking for
more medications. Then he had to do the second day of the ride. He only
charged for the two serious treatment cases. Advice on thumps,
reccomendations of electrolytes were not charged for.
This vet, however, was a ride vet that was desginated as treatment vet if
necessary. So to some extent his time was covered.
