EN CONTENT

Since EN subscription is not optional I do think that the editorial
staff needs to be extra careful of what they print. Its not like I can
call up and say that I find article "blah blah" in issue X is so
offensive I'm canceling my subscription. Nor can I say, that the
general content is not worth $40 a year to me and I'm no longer
subscribing. One has to drop AERC membership to drop the subscription.
I'm in the happy position of usually doing enough rides that I would
not want to drop my membership, plus I like being an AERC member. But
it does occassionally make me mad that I am forced to subscribe to EN
at a premium price (TB is only $22 a year) while couples fortunate enough to
both ride get the second membership for only $10. In fact
how about an informal survey. If receiving EN was optional would you
add it to your membership at AERC's list price of $40, at $30, $20?
Please respond to me only (not ridecamp) on the survey thing. If I get
responses I'll compile them and submit the totals to the list.
