Re: Horse slaughter



Carrie, you remind me of why I have dismissed ever being a horse breeder --
to not be able to control what happens to the wonderful horses that I breed
would be horrible.  And I'm SURE that you (and most breeders) always mean
to sell to good homes, but sometimes it just doesn't happen, and I can't
imagine how hard that must be.  Yes, life does deal us undesirable hands,
at times -- I just think that there are always options. . .
