LOCATION:  Old Nile Sawmill Site--from Yakima, take Highway 12 west thru Naches.  At the junction of Hwy 12 and 410, take 410 right to Nile Road.  Left on Nile Road to Forest Service Road 1600 (about 3.5 miles).  Left on FS Road 1600 about 3.3 miles to Forest Service Road 1601.  Left on 1601 to camp in meadow.

TRAIL:  Jeep roads, old skid roads, cross country trails thru timber and across ridge tops.  Excellent footing, very little rock.  Elevation changes from camp at about 2000 feet to over 5400 feet at Clover Springs, with about 1500 foot elevation changes on the other loops.  Two out vet checks for the 100’s, 75's & 50's on the 50 mile loop;  one out vet check for the 25's.  Plenty of horse water in camp and on the trail;  bring own people water.

FEES:  75--$90   50--$75   25--$65   15--$30.  $10 Junior discount  except on the 15 miler.  Non AERC members--$15.  We will refund all but $10 if you pre-register and cannot attend.  Canadian Riders may enter at par.  

TIMES:  Begin pre-ride vetting at 3 PM Friday.  Ride meeting after 8:30 PM.  100’s & 75's start at 5 AM;  50's at 6 AM;  25's at 7 AM;  15's at 8 AM.

GENERAL:  All AERC and PNER Rules apply.  Horses must be shod.  Proof of registration & current AHA membership needed for AHA credit.   Completion, First Place, Top 10, Tail-ender, and B.C. Awards--completion only for the 15 miler.

DINNER:  We will again host our famous salmon (if available) and rib BBQ for all riders.  Crews and family members can purchase dinner tickets for $10 at registration.  If you wish, bring a dessert to share.

NOTE:  In cooperation with the US Forest Service, we would like to encourage all participants to use weed-free hay at all times at the ride site.   We would also ask that you DO NOT rake the poop out of your trailers at your camp site.  Please take it home with you.
